At I.AM.GIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the items are free from makeup, perfume, or signs of wear.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
